I've been doing motocross for the past three years on a Kawasaki and have been apart of the team green program for the past year.
I have a full training program that I follow, It entails gym workouts at least 3 times a week, 3 or 4 rides a week one with Billy Frank my trainer from Triple8Training, generally whatever club race is on the weekend and a couple of on bikes trainings during the week or weekend. Other training sessions filled with cardio or recovery based sessions or sports massages.
